B2Bhaarat is a B2B platform where companies onboard their own business customers (buyers, distributors, and dealers) to transact on the platform. As such, personal data of end-users added by our business clients may be subject to regional data protection regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our role as a Data Processor
When a business client adds customers to their B2Bhaarat account, B2Bhaarat acts as a data processor on behalf of that business (the data controller). We process end-customer data solely as instructed by the business client and as necessary to provide the platform services.

B2Bhaarat is a B2B platform intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
